Okay, so I think by now we know I LOVE Harry Potter. I even created my own Butterbeer drink to try and get as close as I could to the deliciousness served at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Last weekend I embarked on a new Butterbeer adventure… a Butterbeer Float. Seriously, how bad do you want this, a chocolate frog, and some wizarding powers?

Ingredients: 12 oz Cream Soda {you can do a diet variety, but it doesn’t have the same kick of delicious}, Butter Extract Flavoring, Vanilla Ice Cream {or vanilla frozen yogurt to save on the calories}, Fat Free Cool Whip

Directions: Pour the Cream Soda into a glass and stir in 1Tbsp Butter Flavoring. Add your ice cream {Yumm}. In a small bowl mix together some 2 heaping Tbsp and 1 tsp Butter Flavoring. Now put the topping on your float and you are set! Enjoy a little magic!
